UATX Fun - Open to the Public
I’ll be a visiting professor at UATX from May 13-June 5.
While I’m in town, I will — assuming there’s demand — be hosting ALL of the following events on campus. Location: 101 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78701 (Scarbrough Building).
My events are open to the entire UATX community AND the public. Want to participate? Just RSVP in the comments for whatever interests you.
THURSDAY NIGHT GAMES, 6-11 PM. Bring any game you’d like to share with others. I’ll have Diplomacy, Decrypto, Survive the Island, and many more, as well as some one-shot RPGs. Open house format — show up when you like, play as long as you want. This is happening every Thursday I’m in town: May 14, May 21, May 28, and June 4. Please RSVP in the comments.
SUNDAY RPG Mini-Campaign. If I get at least three committed players (besides myself), I will run a two-session role-playing game campaign. Dates: May 17 and May 31. Timing is flexible: With a good group, I’m happy to run 8-10 hour sessions, though it needn’t be so intense. I’ve written a huge repertoire of RPGs in many genres: historical, dystopian, fantasy, crime, espionage, superheroes, and more. If you’re interested, please share your time and genre preferences in the comments.
FRIDAY NIGHT KARAOKE, 6 PM-??? I’ll host the first karaoke event on May 15. If there’s enthusiasm, I’m happy to do it on May 22 and May 29 as well!

I’m in for (1) on May 28th and for (3) iff there’s an event May 29th.
Board games on May 21, May 28, and June 4!!
